What this is
This page explains the cookies and similar storage Le Corbeau places on your device. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Everything we set is strictly necessary for the workspace to function.
Cookies we set
- lc_session, a UUID that links your device to an anonymous workspace so we can remember your buyer profile, swipes, and saved properties between visits. Lifetime: 6 months. Strictly necessary.
- lc_lens, your chosen buyer lens (balanced, investment, lifestyle, golden visa, relocation) used to re-rank properties for you. Lifetime: 6 months. Strictly necessary for personalised ranking.
- lc_admin, set only on staff devices that log into our admin area. Never set on visitor devices.
Local storage we use
- lc_cookie_notice_seen, the timestamp at which you dismissed the cookie notice. We re-prompt every six months.
- ml_onboarding_seen, a flag that prevents the onboarding tutorial from re-appearing on every visit.
Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social-network scripts, and we do not set third-party cookies. Property thumbnails are served from our own infrastructure.
Lawful basis
Under the Portuguese cookie law (Lei n.º 41/2004) and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, strictly-necessary cookies do not require consent. We disclose them here for transparency.
How to disable cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block lc_session, the workspace will not be able to remember your profile or saved properties between visits.
