Le Corbeau (French for "The Raven") is our conversational property intelligence system. We aggregate property listings from Idealista, Casa Sapo, OLX Imóveis, and direct agent feeds. Our database currently holds over 1,100 active properties across Madeira, refreshed regularly. We track days-on-market, price reductions, and disappearance rates. These signals tell you more about a property than the listing description does.
Market statistics referenced across the site are sourced from: INE (Statistics Portugal), Idealista's annual price indices, Turismo de Portugal accommodation statistics, and direct observation of Madeira's property market.
